Welcome to a unique autumn retreat at the iconic Finse 1222—an invitation to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself in the heart of the Norwegian mountains.



Together, we will spend the weekend immersed in the most spectacular Nature, combining yoga, meditation, and mountain walks with time to rest, reflect, and simply be.


Surrounded by powerful landscapes and a sense of quiet stillness, this retreat offers space to step away from everyday life and reconnect with what truly matters.


The hotel provides beautiful, locally sourced food made with care, and the atmosphere is warm, simple, and grounding—creating the perfect setting for both connection and solitude.


Friday – Arrival & Welcome

18:50 – Arrival at Finse

19:30 – Welcome & shared dinner with locally sourced food

21:00 – Restorative Yoga & Meditation


Saturday – Nature & Deep Rest

07:00 – Morning dip with fire and reindeer skins

07:30 – Soft morning yoga (60 min)

08:30–10:00 – Breakfast

11:00–14:00 – Guided mountain hike at a gentle pace (bring packed lunch)

15:30–16:15 – Yin Yoga: Deep stretch (45 min)

19:00 – Shared dinner

Sunday – Slow Morning & Departure

07:00 – Morning dip with fire and reindeer skins

07:30 – Morning yoga (60 min)

08:30–10:00 – Breakfast

10:30 – Check-out

11:00 – Gentle guided hike (bring packed lunch)

14:20 – Departure by train



All sessions are suitable for every level—whether you are new to yoga or experienced. Come as you are, and allow yourself to move, breathe, and fully arrive in the present moment.
