Hello!
I’m Rebecca – a certified yoga and meditation teacher (E-RYT® 200, RYT® 500, YACEP®) living in the Norwegian mountains. My passion is helping others slow down, build strength, and find balance in the middle of busy lives.
Before discovering yoga, I worked in the sports industry and later as a model, media personality, and reality TV figure. Life moved fast, full of opportunities and excitement, yet I often felt disconnected — from myself, from Nature, and from what truly mattered.
Moving from London to Norway in 2009 was a turning point. Surrounded by wild landscapes and a slower rhythm of life, I began a journey inward. Yoga became my anchor — teaching me to listen, to breathe, and to live in alignment with my truth. What began as a physical practice evolved into a way of living rooted in authenticity, presence, and peace.
In 2017, I completed my first teacher training, and since then I’ve shared my love for yoga and meditation through online and in-person classes, as well as wellness retreats across Norway and abroad.
I specialise in creating weekends away in stunning natural surroundings that combine yoga, mindfulness, and the healing power of the outdoors.
My classes are welcoming and down-to-earth, blending movement, breath, and awareness to help you reconnect with yourself and the world around you.
My goal is simple: to help you create space – in your body, your mind, and your life – so you leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected.
Through yoga, meditation, and time in Nature, I continue to learn that true balance begins when we slow down and live in alignment with what really matters.
