Discover how Rebecca’s yoga and meditation classes have touched the lives of her students and transformed their wellness journeys.

Hello, and thank you for being here.

I'm a certified yoga and meditation teacher (E-RYT® 500, YACEP®) living in the Norwegian mountains. My work is helping people slow down, build resilience, and feel calm in their bodies — in the middle of busy, overstimulated lives.

But I didn't start here.

Before yoga, I worked in the sports industry, and later as a model, media personality, and reality TV figure. Life moved fast — full of opportunity and noise — and somewhere in it, I lost the thread. I felt disconnected: from myself, from nature, from what actually mattered.

Moving from London to Norway in 2009 changed everything. Surrounded by wild landscapes and a slower rhythm, I began a journey inward. Yoga became my anchor — teaching me to listen, to breathe, and to come back to myself. What began as a physical practice became a way of living: rooted in presence, honesty, and a calmer nervous system.

In 2017 I completed my first teacher training. Since then I've shared this work through online and in-person classes, and through wellness retreats across Norway and beyond.

These days, my focus is the nervous system — how we regulate stress, build resilience, and feel safe in our own bodies again. My classes are welcoming and down-to-earth, blending movement, breath, and awareness. My retreats are weekends away in stunning natural surroundings, where yoga, mindfulness, and the outdoors do their quiet work.

Helping others is simply woven into who I am. It's why, alongside my teaching, I also work part-time as an authorised medical assistant here in Norway. Whether through movement, breath, or care, it all comes from the same place — a deep desire to help people feel better in their bodies and their lives.

My goal is simple: to help you create space — in your body, your mind, and your life — so you leave feeling stronger, calmer, and more like yourself.

Because I've learned that real balance doesn't come from doing more. It begins the moment we slow down.

With love, Rebecca
