Why our yoga studio is called Lynx Well.

    November 11, 2017

Some of you have been asking why Maria and I called the yoga studio we are opening Lynx Well. Lynx is the animal on the coat of arms for Hemsedal, as seen below. Hemsedal Community, Nature, culture and life quality.

We have allot of wild Lynx living in our mountains in Hemsedal, but don't expect to spot one if you visit, they hold themselves well away from humans. They are lean, strong, athletic, have incredible balance and skills so we felt it only natural to call our yoga studio after them. The Well part of the name stands for wellness, representing our spa side of the business. Whether you come to us to practice or for a massage and spa session, our goal is to see you leave with a wellness glow :-)

Our launch party is on November 22nd from 15:00 to 18:00 please stop by to say hi if you are around.

    Happy weekend!

    Rebecca
